After this upgrade is completed, the performance of XP’s trading system will be significantly improved. During the maintenance period, platform services will be suspended and restored in stages.

Phase 1: System Maintenance Period

June 12, 2026 20:00 to June 13, 2026 08:00 (UTC+8)

During this phase, the platform will completely suspend services. Users will be unable to register, log in, deposit, withdraw, trade, cancel orders, or use other services related to account access, asset operations, and trading.

Phase 2: Service Recovery Period

June 13, 2026 08:00 to June 13, 2026 12:00 (UTC+8)

During this phase, platform services will be restored in an orderly manner. Some functions may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, or unstable during the recovery period. All platform functions are expected to be fully restored after June 13, 2026 12:00 (UTC+8).

Please make arrangements in advance and properly handle your positions, pending orders, deposits, and withdrawals before the maintenance begins. If there are any changes to the maintenance or recovery progress, XP will notify users through official announcements.
